I have a question for this league, since I'm the new guy.

Are we required to drop to EXACTLY 25 rostered players before promoting our prospects, or can we drop BELOW 25, and then add our prospects? For example, could I drop 17 players, get down to 23, then promote 4 prospects (bringing me up to 27), then draft 13 players total?

You need to drop to exactly 25 first, then promote

I kinda forgot about cutting down to 25 (instead of 30) in this league.
