Bott Managing Option

Question, I purchased a 12 team package. I have 2 friends who had to bail out at the last minute. I have never used the Bott managing option. How do you active it to manage a team that has already been drafted but I need it to manage 2 teams. Anybody use this? I could use some help. Thanks.

It is my experience that if you don't set any parameters HAL will take over and make all the decisions. He is actually pretty good at this game and may beat all the other teams!
