I'd suggest that he be given a pick now to replace the prior pick and in next year's 2024 draft be given a "4A) pick (first of the round). So it would essentially be two fourth round picks to make up for his "lost" 3rd round pick. Goal should be to make him as whole as possible, and two fourth rd picks would seem (to me at least) to accomplish that???

Agreed, but draft board shows 2 "extra" picks in addition to re-pick in 3rd round, which Keith has already done, I do not think there should be a pick 12A in 4th round.

I think the "4A" in this years chart will be where the Montero re-pick is listed, that the result is as it was stated, that it's a total of two 4th's (one being the re-pick, one being compensation in next year's draft) as the solution, so I think we're all on the same page now.
