next up on things to do as we eagerly await the FA draft is to take care of stadium changes. As per the rules, the bottom 8 teams may change stadiums and any team with a bp change that fits the parameters below.

Here are the Rule Change Proposals I received. I need a yes or no vote on each one please. Remember to pass a new rule a 2/3 vote is required.

1. Change Divisional assignments to be random after each session.

current rule:
*Cumulative team records from previous season will determine the divisional assignments for Season 1 of each new year.
*Divisional assignments for season 2 each year will be determined by the final won/loss records of the previous season in a randomized way by Proposal #1 East 1,8,9,16,17,24 Central: 2,7,10,15,18,23 Midwest: 3,6,11,14,19,22 West: 4,5,12,13,20,21



2. The D2D champion with best combined record will automatically draft 24th and the other season's champion automatically drafts 23rd, other spots determined by previous seasons' combined record.
