front page

Is anyone else having a difficult time getting the front page to load properly? I am not sure if it is the site or that the network is having a difficult time, but my front page is covered in all the rotating info normally in the upper left and I cant see anything else.

Sometimes the site runs a bit slow, but it usually fixes itself after a short time.
