Just search on "google" link to spreadsheet will come up with rosters and rules, etc.

You are required to drop to 30. You can choose to drop to 25.

Rosters are on the Google doc you saw originally. Availability can not be determined until after all drops are posted.

I do not publish a list of available players for this league, however sometimes individual managers will do so.
