Alternatively, couldn't you swap dharmabums second team with Fred (the top finisher for AAA)? As a two team manager, I feel like it would be better to cap the teams promotion level and keep the players that I had built around target than swapping squad with someone

Personally I'd throw my vote into this idea. What happens if I were to swap but somehow keep managing to have two teams in the same level each year. Constantly looking for swaps or potentially new managers seems rougher than saying the lower ranked team has to drop down a level.

(Though as I type this, I find myself thinking, what if they are both in the bottom?)

The counter argument to this solution is that this is a somewhat unique situation, in that there is only 1 win difference between my second team and Fred's team. What do we do if both of my teams were the top two winners? Just swapping the lesser winning team with the top AAA team isn't so easy as it would be now. I'm fine with whatever happens here, as the rules are laid out. Somebody trades with me or I dissolve one of the teams and start a new one.

Since he seems to relish so much always stepping in and making incredible decisions for my teams. You know things like pulling a Left handed hitter with an 8or9R in the bottom of the 9th when facing a Righty pitcher in Sportsman (one of the lefty favored ones) even when you have Do Not Pinch Hit for against Righties selected.

This feels like it is just up his alley.

Yes, as long as only 5 other teams equal or beat that 100 win total in the next 15 seasons
