Results of Rules Proposals:

Proposal 1: Change Divisional Assignments to completely random. 11-yes 11-no FAILS

Proposal 2: Change Draft order so that champions pick 23rd and 24th 10-yes 12-no FAILS

Proposal 3: Reduce Supplemental Draft to 1 round 19-yes 3-no PASSES

Proposal 4: Reduce Prospect Draft to 2 rounds 16-yes 6-no PASSES

Proposal 5: Increase prospect time limit to 3 years 21-yes 1-no PASSES

Rule 3 will be put into place beginning with the 2023 Supp draft between seasons 1 & 2 of this year.

Rule 4 will be put in place in NEXT YEAR's Prospect Draft (2024)

Rule 5 will go into place now. It will be difficult to have some prospects with 2-year windows and some with 3-year windows. Thus rather than remember that all prospects from the upcoming Prospect draft onward have 3 years while others have 2 years, I am going to make all players have a 3-year window from the year they were drafted. I believe this is fair as it will all affect us equally.
