GOML Stadium vote for 2024 COMING SOON

I was reminded we need to do a stadium draft so post your intentions to keep your current stadium or drop it.

& can we look at the current ballpark/stadium rules & clean that contradictory mess up??
1) one part of the rule says ballparks are unique & belong to said owner for the duration of the league
2) another part of the rule says stadiums/ballparks can be changed once every three years (six SOMO seasons)
3) & still another part says there will be a ballpark draft after the FA draft every year & owners must make their intentions know. PRIOR to the FA draft.
I kept bringing up these contradictory rules last year & got nothing but crickets when I raised these points

I don't think we are voting on anything, just if you are keeping your stadium or not.

The thread now says GOML stadium vote for 2024 coming soon. I take that to mean we are voting on something. or else I'd think it would say stadium draft coming soon. hmmmmmm

I didn’t write the rules. But I agree that’s a mess. I opened it up only because as a courtesy I’ve always let new managers pick new stadiums when they joinanf figured I’d just extend it to everyone. It’s looks like every is keeping except the two new managers.

Once we’re up and running I’ll hold a leave vote on it. However I’m throwing out the keep for 3 years option. It’s arbitrary and a royal PITA to keep track of and frankly I hate trying to do it.

So we’ll propose either keep forever or switch every YEAR.

Fair enough?
