You can join the league without having your roster fully ready. You just don't check Ready to draft, that's the state IIm in and I've entered the league.

Free agent draft is done.

I’ve got some personal stuff happening as of yesterday. Checking in as I can when there’s down time, it’s a nice distraction.
Give me a couple days and I’ll try and get to rosters and start the prospect draft.
