It's not that bad. I've definitely been in worse.
But I always advocate for the specific time slot draft. Has the potential to take longer, but if you know "My times are at 11:00am and 4:00pm", you can tune in at that time, see who got taken, and make your pick.
The couple of times I was in drafts like that, there were almost 0 timed picks, and only a couple of repicks. Reduces mad scramble, and it's easier for people like me to figure out how to sneak away from a meeting for 5 minutes to make my pick instead of constantly checking in.
Some days I can make it work, but some days, even if I have gaps in my schedule at the start of the day, it doesn't take long to become wall to wall meetings.
And I'm not sure what the rush is. Facing Mike's starting rotation is something I wouldn't be rushing to get at.
