Has anyone figured out...?

Has anyone figured out how to prevent a relief pitcher (in an emergency start) from being replaced before throwing a pitch?

I'm currently in a dreaded super advanced injury league and have had SP injured throughout the season. When I need a emergency starter at home, he's usually good for an inning. But on the road, the RP gets pulled right away starting the bottom of the 1st. I've tried slow hook. Tonight I have one starting again on the road and set him to don't relieve b4 F8. Hopefully that works..?

I don't believe that will work. I think it's just a weird glitch that hasn't been addressed.

I'll report back after the games run. It stinks that the reliever is burned without throwing a pitch and its always the most expensive, longest R-rated (in this case R2) reliever. I've ask 365 support, but this is one of my emails that they ignore...

It worked...at least this time. After being pulled immediately in his previous road start, Barria (R2) set on slow hook and don't relive b4 F8, pitched 2 innings. Except he was pulled at F9, so it could have just been another glitch!?! This was the 1st out of 3 reliever road starts that the pitcher wasn't pulled immediately, and the 1st (out of 7 reliever starts) that the reliever pitched 2 innings instead of 1...

It definitely works - My 3rd road RP start and I got the same result (2 different pitchers, both R2)

So for all who care - If you have a RP scheduled for an emergency start on the road and you're worried about the glitch of him being pulled before he throws a pitch - check slow hook and don't relieve b4 F8. He'll pitch at most 2 innings (as long as he pitches well) before being relieved..
