I've pm'd waynick and HD48. Since this is the 1st day, I'm going to wait until tomorrow morning to give the okay to remove them from the leagues (they would be able to join a later league). I'm sorry for those of you that are waiting to draft.

Please just remove them now so someone else can join. They are veteran managers who know we must mark ready. They can join a later league. Let someone join now. It holds everyone up and is rude.

I agree that they should be removed today. It is rude.

Honestly, I don't understand the point of having to mark a team as "ready." It isn't required in the Auto Leagues, so why do we do it here? It just seems to muddy the waters. If you aren't ready for the draft, don't enter a team. When you are ready, enter a team. It's not rocket science.

Agree with GoDucks---it came about when S-O-M allowed someone to purchase an entire league and invite players in with them having no team drafted.

If you have a passworded league--you have to mark the teams as ready to draft after you joined the league--it is not intuitive.

I understand why it happens--you have already made your team, joined the league--then you get thrown to a screen to start drafting your team as if you are starting from scratch---you have to back out and then go back into your team page and mark it ready. Some people just back out and don't realize they have to go mark the team as ready for draft. Worse if you take that screen it will clear your draft picks and you have to start over.
