Multi-Decade 70s Draft done - jsam to join

Jsam's 8 hours (2 picks) are about to run out. Should we give a little leniency since it's Father's Day? On the other hand, 8 hours is a long window for being able to pick.

I think that unless the rules provided for more time, we should apply the same rules. IMO, it wouldn't be fair to skip samh but not jsam.

We did give samh extra time, too, but I agree. It's been 8 hours.
