October or November- Supplemental draft, based on the standing from the first league. Any drops must be declared before the draft, and any player
dropped goes into the FA pool. You can use 1, 2, 3, or none of your picks in this draft. After this draft is complete, no FA moves of any kind.

Is there a rule amendment I am missing that eliminated a round of this draft?

No. We voted last fall to cut the Supp. Draft from 3 to 2 rounds to make the FA draft more robust.

Here is the rule (line 48) - We reconvene in October for a 2 Round Supplemental draft.

What you quoted is from the bottom of the rules page where the yearly schedule is laid out. I've deleted the "....1, 2, 3,...." sentence. Thanks for the catch Keith.

Still one season for these cards. This league is very unusual in it's timing and format (for the better I'd argue). Also note that there is no prospect draft, meaning that the first time you can draft a prospect is once they are actually rookies and carded.
