Anyone else having a problem getting a response from 365support@strat-o-matic,com ?
I have sent them a few emails over the past few days and they have not responded.

They're very slow to reply, if they reply at all. Also if it's not tech support or billing related they very well may just ignore it.

Could our moderator help bridge these gaps?

This could be a 4 day weekend.

They responded and fixed my problem. Their support dept is a little shorthaded. Thats why the delay.
