And, we're toast. Got swept by Jeep with two more BS and a one run loss. Pathetic. Diaz has posted a 4.5 ERA for most of the year.

Note that Moore and Diaz don't give up a hit, but allow four runs to score with a 6-4 lead. Yes, that's six walks and a HBP.

Oh, and we were lucky enough to play him when he didnt' have Buxton or Pederson and he lost Stanton for a game too.

Our inability to win close games is obvious. in our last 21 games we've gone 7-14.

Average margin? 1.8 runs.

The margins are always close in a $100 mil NLD and we're clearly just not good enough.

Well CLEARLY that's what my players are thinking. I'm thinking... I just need to have a 12 game winning streak like the 12 game losing streak and I'll be fine.

Wild Card Race is tight!!! Tee west could still go any way and Steve or Randal in the East could get hot and pass any of the three (Stoney, Semper or Spider). Who's gonna get hot?

Yeah, it's never good when your opponent gets 13 hits and leaves on 2 on base while you're leaving 9. then in the other game (18-14 score) we left 12 to your 3. Wish I could say it was because we turned a bunch of DPs, but we hit into the only 2 of the game. So, yeah, we left 12 AND hit into 2 DPs. Been that kind of a season for us. Duran and Diaz combined for 10 runs in 6 IP.

So, in the two games, we left 21 and you left 5. Not going to win games doing that.

The only left for us is to see if we can avoid the East. Will know more tonight. The ONLY team we have a possible chance of catching is KLX and we play him at home. Of course, not likely we'll make up 5 games. Would have to sweep I think.

Sadly we're one of those teams. This is the second season in a row where we've just collapsed. 1-9 right now.

Diaz has an ERA approachign 5 now I *think* he has a good card, but, looks like I'm wrong. Lopez is approachign 6.
