1. Once waivers starts, can we can drop a player(s) from our 3 letterman group and pick up a player that doesn't fit that group? For example, if I have a team with three players from letter A, I can drop one of them and pick up a player from letter M?

2. Will waivers be "frenzy" style, or normal waivers with ranking by luck of the draw?

After the draft, you can acquire any player regardless of letter and drop anyone from your roster. No restrictions.

There will be standard waivers 1 day after the autodraft with order determined randomly. I was planning on starting the season 2 days after the draft (rather than the customary 3) since trading will be minimal. If anyone would prefer the extra preseason day, let me know before I create the league.
