6 team ATG9 Franchise league FULL

I know Joey and Alan want me to make the switch. Are the three other guys okay if I switch this to ATG9.

Either set is OK with me.

Also, I interpret the following rule "The remaining franchise’s players and Negro League players will be available for waivers as free agents." to mean that players that are on any claimed teams' rosters are free agents, can't be drafted on, but only be selected as part of the waiver process or after the waiver period. Is this correct?
