Also, I'm fairly sure if you download the ATG player excel file, you'll find a column with the 'add' date. I've used it previously.

Thanks for the tip. What do you think about putting the new players in a cluster at the top organized by price and separate from the old cards? It'd be nice to have quick access.

Welcome. If you download the spreadsheet you can easily sort it by the 'new to ATG 9' column. Anything within the Player Set Browser would be completely up to Strat.

How would I go about doing that? :P I tried various things but I don't usually work with excel sheets. All I can do so far is ctrl+f and search the key words you mentioned but it's not very practical.

Download the Excel spreadsheet from Strat.
Choose Hitters or Pitchers tab.
Click the Square to the right of the A column (ctrl-A won't grab all the data for some reason).
That selects all the data, turns gray.
Then Click Data and Sort
Sort by Column AE and Z to A order.
The 8/31/23 add for the Pitchers begins on Line 113 with Koufax, Hitters begins on Line 213 with Foxx

I am new to all of this, so I have never been part of a card drop. Thus, I will ask about the elephant in the room....at least to me.

Since Diamond Dope is no longer around, will there be any source to download the new card data? I am of course referring to the actual card chances for all of the various hits, walks, etc. Strat-O does not provide that info, right? Or is it every person for themselves to add up all the cards by hand (and brain)? Thanks!

Diamond Dope is still around. I'll try to get set up to add new card information. However, it could go south at any time.

Wow, that would be great! It would save a lot of time spent adding up 139 cards this weekend. I am pretty good at it, if help is needed. I suspect others here would also help.

If I may, what is your relationship with SOM? You seem to be more connected than just a regular 365 player.

I help provide card stats when BC15NY does new card nominations, and I try to keep Diamond Dope current. Other than that, I'm just a regular 365 player..........(and I run a lot of theme leagues).

Andy
Cool. Nice to make your acquaintance!

Does SOM provide/sell that raw card data? Or do you add it up by hand? Or is there a program that can figure it out? Just a new player trying to learn....

I will look to join one of your theme leagues in the future.
