it is time for an 'at least' selection in the free agent search by price ascending

we could also use an 'only' selection for the position selector

I was thinking that recently, it'd be nice. I'd also also love a "New to ATG 10!" button so I could quickly browse the cards. I realize lots of people might not mind manually searching but I think in general people don't like doing extra steps. Pretty much every game I've played has the new features much more readily accessible than this one.
