Curious why 82, 86, 99 never get rotated out

I've only been on line since 2017 but I believe these 3 sets have always been available. Is there something special about these seasons?

There appears to be about 600 strat players in the MAX beta. Those who are using it know that every single MLB player has a card for each season from 1871 through 2022. All the cards have been generated. Maybe they've existed for a while (I don't use the Windows game).

Curious if this means they'll start rotating in more seasons. Not sure how hard it is for them to price a set and get it loaded into 365. I would think card creation is the most time consuming.

1999 is my favorite set. '86 is becoming that for me. Users dictate I believe. If people play it, they keep it around. IMHO
