5dkl draft complete, loading teams for Season 1

I am formally proposing that we add a new rule that will set a one-week statue-of-limitations on drafts picks conducted in a given draft. There will inevitably be times when the final pick of a draft, like the "rookie" draft we most recently conducted, where one or more managers may be delayed in placing or verifying their final selections.

Under my proposal, all managers would be required to register their finals selections with seven calendar days of the next to last draft pick or risk losing said pick. Any manager who failed to meet this time restriction would, however, have the option to submit the name of the player they proposed to select with their timed-out pick to a majority vote amongst the league's manager for approval.

I see this proposed rule as a tool that squarely puts the responsibility for compliance on individual managers and that relieves the league commissioner of the responsibility of having to police "delinquent" draft picks. It is intended as a deterrent and incentive, rather than a punishment.

The new rule proposal to place a time limit on the final pick in each draft has passed with 8 "yes" votes recorded, including my own in the affirmative. The new rule will be added to the rules page in the league spreadsheet with a notation indicating that it was formally approved and adopted as of today's date (December 6, 2023).

Isn't there a 4 round prospect draft in January with FA draft in February? At least that is what is stated in the rules?
