I set the tentative opening day to Jan 2--if that doesn't work at all for someone, I will push to Jan 3. But of course it depends if we get the legue entered fully. I will leave my time unprepared to tweak start if needed. Let me know if an issue. My go-to is always patience for an entertainment pursuit--and over the holidays I am doubly convinced that I will not be badgering anyone to hurry up. Savor the wait and no I think we are safely going to start before Easter, kids!
I am also open to do it as a frenzy but I would guess many would balk at that and I'd need positive confirmation from each manager before I did that, out of fairness.

4. MaxPower- Max is not available to do team setup until the weekend and asked to bow out--but if no objection why can't we just set waivers to occur Friday or Saturday and start the following Tuesday Jan 2? Objections? Not everyone is in yet anyway...

I'm fine waiting and prefer a waiver period. The only problem I see Frankie is that you're looking like you might earn another credit in your Barnstormer's semi-final.

barrmorris, thanks on the potential waiting part, if Max is good with it maybe it is a good option.
If one person prefers waivers, then it is waivers... and that is the right thing to do since that's how the league was originally set up.

cool stuff--ok as for earning another credit--the bad news/good news depending on the perspective is now that you said that, I will probably be cursed by Sauron HAL and half of me is OK with that

But don't get me wrong--I am 100% trying in every league I am in--I don't want to portray my effort as phoning it in--nothing I do is half-arsed--I am trying my darndest to beat every last one of you good people!

And honestly, unless I need it for the finals league, maybe I can transfer credit(s) based on some lottery or something. Dunno.
