You said that we can’t change the cap from the 140M yet one of your example rules has us setting the cap at 60m and adding 10m per week. This seems contradictory to me so I’m looking for a little explaination if you could please.

Can’t change the cap. Yea, that was an old rule from years past. ….everyone starting the season at 60 mil but eventually going up to 140 can be workable but not optimal. Very difficult to navigate. Must be temporary, not permanent.

So to be clear. Anyone from the negro leagues is out since when I pull up NEL on the team lists they all come up. Every incarnation?

(And I’m not certain that’s simplier but it’s what I believe you just ruled as commish)
