I just got done explaining what the intent of the rule is and saying it’s ok to cut as many players as you have picks just so long as there aren’t more than 24 total picks.

Who wrote either USKL or USKL 2 (I believe it was 2) which have a much smaller rule set. I started USKL 3, NAKL and later Unleashed Keeper, and wrote the expanded rules for those leagues. Yes they built on the two USKL leagues that came before, but the Supplemental draft rules, especially since it cut back back from 3 rounds to two rounds, were written by me in a way to limit the impact of the supplemental draft on the spring free agent draft.
