r u interpreting an advanced Fielding Chart?

On defense the 1e28 is slightly better.

I knew it was close. I found the advanced fielding chart but I don't know how to interpret it. no instructions/examples with it?

fairly close really but the edge has to be with the range 1 here. however I would go with the range 2 if you dont expect to be holding runners on. I understand the range drops a point when holding. So lots of lefty bats with runners on 2nd? if so - go range 1.
