I have been critical of the "secret formula" in the past as well. I don't have the experience J-Pav has had but I have had my success. I just believe there are many paths to success, not just one. I do believe he is a important voice who puts forth an argument that is compelling; I just disagree. I have every respect for him as an analyst and competitor.

Winning % is the key stat. Trying to keep mine over .510 but taking over struggling keeper franchises has me down.

Same here. If I have a good year with my KL's my % is .511. If not it's .510. I doubt if I'll ever see .509 or .512. Too many seasons played to move the needle much.
