I believe the rule for prospects is they can be prospects for 2 seasons...no need to promote them if they have mlb experience.
the existing rule for stadium changes is use a draft pick in rounds 1-5....

I think we should make any rule changes RIGHT AFTER the end of season 2, not just before a season starts.

I also looked up obits for Paul SImpson, and found one in Kentucky of a Paul SImpson born in 1965 , Heekin65, a coincidence? ALso that Paul SImpson passed away in November, 2023. Paul's last post was in late October.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like a coincidence. I can't say for sure if that's the same Paul Simpson, but his mobile has a Kentucky area code. I'll post up for a replacement, and hope that it's a different Paul.
