A new rule proposal has been made:
The Top (Eastern) Division for the first season of each year will be determined by combining the records of both seasons of the previous year.
This means we will continue on as we have done in error the last few years (see >>> note below).
- Current Rule:
5) Divisional assignments for each subsequent season (from season one to two within calendar year and from season 2 to the following calendar year) will be determined by the final win/loss records of the previous season, with the four best teams in the East division, the following four in the Central, and the remaining four in the West.

Since 2020 (2019 Cards) the Divisions for the First Season of the year, were based on the previous year's combined seasons record, when by rule the divisions should have only been based on the previous season. The Second Season Divisions were correctly based on the previous seasons record.
Yes = Combine the previous year's seasons to determine which teams go to the Eastern Division
