You aren't. Available lists aren't foolproof. Use Ctrl +F on the Combined tab to ensure the player you want isn't owned. Walker an Strand are in the "Prospects Drafted in 2023" area of the SS. I neglected to look at that area when making the availables list. K. Harrison, Pfaadt and Frelick are also in this category.
