Sorry Turtle - I was away the last 5 days, and couldn't get caught up until this morning. I wasn't expecting the first 13 picks to be made that quickly. Then TVF made the trade offer, which we had to negotiate while I also tried to get caught up on work.

I disagree. You know the draft is starting, we all made drops. Now, respect others people's time as much as you value your own. That is all I ask.

Also this is not directed at one person. It was Easter after all. But we have hit stalls for multiple reasons. We are in one right now for instance.

Also, I want to check in and pick not because I am antsy to pick, but becasue I don't want to hold anyone else up who might have something important going on in their life. Honestly, I prefer time slots. That way everyone knows when they are going to pick. We use them in the second round on, thankfully.

We are using them in D2D and no one has been skipped. Also just passed them in TKL. Just trying to do the same here so it will be easier for everyone.

Another 24 team I am in used to have unlimited time but when you have 24 people there are always one or two who just take 12-24 hours to make their pick. We changed to time windows which seems to be working. All of a sudden everyone can make their pick within the time allotted. I agree with Turtle that unlimited time gets taken advantage of.
