I don't see it in the rules, does anyone remember, does the new cards draft go based on the order of finish from season
two the year before, or the combined two seasons from last year. Order above is combined,,,season two reverse order would be....

1) A non-serpentine free agent draft of at least 18 and up to 20 rounds, will be held each year shortly after SOM cards are released and after season one.. Draft order is determined by the previous season won/loss records. Worst to first, NFL style.


To me that reads as the second list.

correct...just looked up 2nd season of 21 cards, and draft order of first season last year with '22.
