On re-reading the rule pertaining to the division assignments, there is ambiguity in the wording as it currently exists. The original intent was that Season 1 assignments would be as I have them currently posted and that Season 2 assignments would be 1-4, 5-8, and 9-12 based on the reverse order of the Season 1 results. The current order listing is based on the free-agent draft order, which itself is based upon the reverse order of the total victories across Seasons 1 and 2 from the previous year.

In the interest of clarity and transparency, I am hereby calling for a formal vote on how the rule should be reworded to remove this confusion. If the wording below is acceptable to you, please vote "yes" to accept it. If not, please vote "no". If this vote results in a majority of "no" votes, then we will entertain an alternate format and conduct a second vote.

proposed rule revision:
*** Initial division assignments for Season 1 will be made each year based on the free-agent draft order: 1/4/7/10 East; 2/5/8/11 Central; 3/6/9/12 West.
***Each year's Season 2 division assignments will be based upon the Season 1 win totals: 9/10/11/12 East; 5/6/7/8 Central; 1/2/3/4 West
