I don't know how many noticed, but the end of the draft changed. I have added a supplemental pick for Ghost due to an error on my part. Rules state that there should not a round past the 15th unless an unbalanced trade occurs. That was not what happened here. I should have instructed Ghost to only cut 16 players, 2 for his prospect promotions and 14 to cover his draft picks through the 15th round.
He made trades prior to the draft that left him with only 14 picks through 15 rounds. Because I can't un-ring the bell, and the rules also state teams should have 40 players after the draft, I have elected to award Ghost a supplemental pick at the end of the round. Hope this makes sense to you all and that you find my remedy for my error acceptable.
