I know the original rules state 3 hour clock, but the last few years I ran the league it was moved to a 2 hour clock and just never changed on the rules. I suggest going to a two hour clock. 10am -10pm

We can do that. Last year we had no clock and went fine as well. I don’t think we have any slackers, but I’ll adjust to hour 10am-10pm EST starting tomorrow.
