2024 FA Draft

We will begin assigned times regardless of where we are in the draft on Tuesday

2) Only those players who were issued SOM cards this year (2008 for 2007 season) and appear on TSN""s website are eligible for the initial draft. For future seasons, any player who had a MLB regular season appearance prior to opening day of the current MLB season will be eligible. Players drafted in the spring draft must be on the 40 man roster even if they did not receive a card."

Apparently some are confused by the list.

Grayed out players are not available. Blue players are "unleashed" and available - you can draft 'em but can't play 'em this year. Players with white background are available.

Y'all are welcome to create your own list or use a method that works for you.

Thanks for doing that Sean. I will have the carded player list out but as Sean said you can always keep track of your own

Also while we’re drafting you can use the “Find” feature CTRL-F on most electronic devices and type in the name to make sure that player is available in the Combined tab. I try to maintain accurate spelling of names on this so nobody slips through but like available lists, we’re not perfect

4 of the 6 keepers I happily do the commissioner duties in I didn’t even start (this one for example). I took over so the leagues wouldn’t dissolve. If at any time people want to do it, happy to turnover the reigns. Except for the 2 I started of course

I can resume commissionership of this league for next year. Since you already have things going for this year. Seeing as I was the initial commissioner and I have time again only seems right.
