My take, and I could be wrong...If anyone has ever thought they were unable to make a pick overnight when the clock is off, this tells them the system will let them make a pick?

I lived in Germany for 2 years, and figuring how many hours ahead or behind someone is in the US is really hard math after a liter or 3 of really good beer.
