All rosters are at 40 currently except for Palmtana. I missed this during the FA Draft. Bob, if you can take a look at your roster and see if you see the issue, that would be great.

I believe there was a miscount of prospects. I had 11. So I promoted Frelick to get down to the max of 10. That put me at 41 on my roster.
