I don't believe that the fielding charts are a public resource on this site. There might be a scanned image on the internet, but that's probably something Strat is still selling and likely doesn't want published. I know over the years I have had to purchase new fielding charts as they eventually tear down the fold creases. I was never diligent enough to laminate my charts.

Fred, childsmwc is correct. The Basic Fielding Chart is available at SOM's website. So I've deleted your post that had the pic of the BFC you found on the Internet. Here is the link to purchase the BFC ($4.00):

https://www.strat-o-matic.com/product/b ... ing-chart/

Here are some other fielding charts that came up when I searched "fielding" on their site:

On a separate note, I'm appreciative of you because you post here often. It can get a bit crickety in this Forum.

Fred's deleted post, I assume referring to the Basic Fielding Chart, included this question:

......could someone please explain what constitutes a double play ?

couldnt be out -3, right ?

that would make “1” fielders have DP on almost every x-chance

The charts are on the SOM365 wiki so their public availability is known to SOM.

Thanks barrmorris. Is the Basic Fielding Chart there? That's what started this discussion.

is there any explanation anywhere as to what constitutes a double play from fielding chart x-chances (not hitter gb A) ?

can someone confirm for 365 it uses the basic fielding chart ?

lastly, and i made a small bet I’ll say something wrong here, but

can it be confirmed that is costs extra $$ to know the rules of 365 ?…..the standard reply(s) ive read indicate the only way to
know the rules regarding fielding results is to “buy them” ??

SOM365 uses the super-advanced fielding charts available at the link I posted above.
