You've got a good run differential so far, and the fact you picked a ballpark with homers 10 will help. Some try to double down with the pitcher parks, but actually contrary-wise, some of the best fielders need those ballpark HRs to make a difference. Kudos.

I made a couple of moves, because the team was struggling despite having the 3rd best R/D in the league. Playing something like 12 games below their Pythag Record.
Shouldn't change the dynamic too much, but hopefully provide a bit of a bump.
Went 36-18 down the stretch after making those moves and made it to the Wildcard by 1 game. Also ended up with the 2nd best Run Differential in the league.
So I think the test was positive, but the problem is there simply aren't enough pitchers that are truly "Perfect" pitchers to make it viable.
I will likely try it again, but loosen up the parameters on the pitchers to give myself more options.
