If I understand correctly, Palmtana has offered to take over both of the available teams. Unfortunately, they are both in the same division, so that won't work. Would anybody be willing to trade another team to Palmtana for one of those re-builds?

If nobody wants to do this - and nobody else pops up - I can take the team he doesn't want.

STADIUM DRAFT
1) Each manager will draft a stadium during the initial draft, in any round desired.
2) Stadium selection will be permanent, unless changed in MLB or unless a new manager takes over a team. In those cases, a new stadium can be selected during the next draft from those not currently in use.
