Post waivers now - do I have enough SP? Other parks in division are LoanD Truist and Troo.

The days of asking for advice on a team and getting a response disappeared 10+ years ago in this Forum. I'm not sure why.

As far as your pitching goes, instead of having 3 R1/C4's, drop one of them for a R2 and another for a $.50 SP who won't pitch. Take that $ and upgrade your 4th and 5th starters.

Thanks for the input. I agree with your observation. I have been away from Strat for some time and see the difference in the forums.

I read your post a couple of days ago and didn't want to respond because it is harsh. I have a few Coors teams this year. Your pitching is a major problem. I do like that you drafted all SP with a 6. Which one are you going to set at F0? Your RP only goes 1 inning with all of them. Your SP pitching will be out by the 5th inning almost every game and your RP will be pitching tired in almost every game and will be taxed the whole season. Your defense in the outfield wears cement shoes but I do like the arm strength but who needs to run on you when HR's score runs.

Your batters will score runs at home, but the pitching will not keep up and when you play in a pitchers park you will lose way more that you win. You only have 3 batters that have an over .350 OBP. You won't win home or away. You are slanted to LHP and in this game you will see mostly RHP and that is a weakness also.

I agree with Palmtana grab a pitcher that you won't use for $50 and upgrade somewhere else. Drop Freeman and use that $11 million to upgrade everything. Alonso can't be injured for more that 3 games and slot him in there at 1B and forget about him. You can have a 4 at 1B and not be hurt.

If a really good R3 is available grab him and use him every chance you get. Drop Morel also as Turang is your 2B that gives you about $15 Million to upgrade the roster. Too many players at the same position spending too much money.

I hope this finds you and your loved ones well and healthy

Mike

Mike - thank you very much. I made some changes. Not much available out there and I drafted poorly. Let me know your thoughts. https://365.strat-o-matic.com/team/1780721

I am guessing you are still tinkering with the lineup. Drop one player and you have $7 million to spend. Team looks better and you are moving in the right direction. Find someone with a high slugging % batting R that hits RHP. Coors has a BPHR 1-15 for right-handed batters
