Suggestion: "Unthreaded" email box preferences

PostMon Sep 09, 2024 2:17 pm

SOM just advised me that we can change the interface on our email message inboxes if you, like me, don't particularly like the new format. Here's what they emailed me:

Clifton,

If you prefer a chronological inbox, you can swap the option in your Account Preferences.
By selecting the unthreaded option, messages should show up in chronological order.

Note, that affects the inbox listing only, messages will still remain threaded when you click into the message itself.

If you prefer a chronological inbox, you can change the setting in your Account Preferences. Select the unthreaded option to have messages appear in chronological order. Keep in mind that this change only affects the inbox listing; messages will still be threaded when opened.
