Congrats to our season 8 title winners:

- Denorien took the lead in the Champions division at game 27 and then widened the gap throughout the season, ending with 105 wins, 21 gameas ahead of the 2nd place team
- In AAA, the race ended up a bit closer, although nol15736 pretty much led the way from wire to wire, finishing with 97 wins
- AA saw the only contested title, with Sknsfan winning, at 2 games ahead of The Turtle
- Once again, run totals continued to decline, at an average of 793 per team, down 6% from season 7

Sandy Koufax set a new season record for strikeouts (339) and Early Wynn tied the record for most wins (29), while Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle, and Willie Mays won MVP honors

Though, Champ division did not have great catcher arms across the board, SBs were few with high caught stealing %s. Maury Wills oddly ineffective, imo.
