I have no idea how many times I have posted the exact same thing but it is many.

So I'm looking at the rules, and I think either a change happened and it wasn't conformed elsewhere, or else we just have a really, really stupid rule that needs to be addressed...

So, regarding roster size, per our league page:

1)Each team may add an additional 2 players (to a maximum of 28 players) to their active roster once game 132 has been played. (new rule as of 6/30/24)
2)When rosters freeze after game 141 your roster must be at 26. Players on the IL do count towards the 26 total.

My guess is that when 1) passed... 2) was supposed to go away? But as the rules read now, you have 9 games to expand your roster by 2 spots, and then go back down to 26.

So I'd proposed one of those two above things go away. Or we just allow a 28 roster all season. I don't really care and am fine with whatever direction the league would want to take, but I can't believe the intent was to just raise the roster limit for 9 game, or am I missing something???
