What’s your thoughts on further refinements? Limit 8 and 9 levels also? Limit 6L/R+ hitters below a certain salary?

An owner in my current league has also suggested eliminating additional cards based on additional high Usage ratings. I would consider that.

I would be less inclined to curtail cards based on their L/R slants, because it seems too prejudicial to the cards themselves. Eliminating cards based on high Usage ratings legislates against the behavior of owners rather than the cards -- a much fairer approach, I feel.
