There are a few 20xx KL's who are looking for a replacement. So far they haven't been successful by using a recruitment thread in this Forum. Fwiw, if I need a replacement for a league I Commish, I reach out to the prospective new owner via email. I talk up the league and the available team. The personal touch works.
Look at other leagues you are in for possible suspects and contact them individually. I've accumulated many email addresses over the years. If you have someone in mind, let me know and I'll share if I have it. If email doesn't work, PM them. Look here for manager names.
