Dope is down

It's embarrassing for Strat that a third party is providing such a basic, fundamental service so intrinsic to enjoying the game. Strat should be providing all the data on DD for free as part of the game we all pay for.

I'm down if DD is down, honestly Diamond Dope is not only informative, but it's a big reason why I stay so connected to Strat. I can't speak for everyone but for me it's all about the 'numbers' and for me it starts with Diamond Dope as I build a team, it continues after the draft gets run and plays a role right up until game 1.
The draft/team building is 50% of the fun and time spent analyzing on Dope is paramount to the chosen outcomes for my teams players.
I'm rambling but if SOM knows what's good for them they will figure this out and hopefully before too many of us fade away.
There are so many other ways to spend our time now-so get it done Hal!

Your preaching to the choir, Maxpower. Your point has been brought up many, many times over the years. The chances are that SOM won't see your post. So send your thought to them. Maybe you'll get a bit of traction on this never ending, worthy topic.

Judging by the posts , as I suspected, Diamond Dope is widely used and is seen as a very useful tool.
Adrian, kudos to you for building a better mousetrap. It's like writing a terrific app.
I believe , whatever it will take financially to revitalize Diamond Dope can be easily achieved.. with a surplus even.
I'll write to Strat and I encourage others to do so, even though as Andy points out, this has fallen on deaf ears in the past.
But dam, Strat is raising prices on teams, it would only make sense to heed the demand for this .
Like many of you, I enjoy the heck out of this hobby.The Dope increases my enjoyment. But, I'm on the fence as to whether I want to continue to continue without a remedy to the situation.
