BTW, I'm not a fan of the 3 round live draft. I'm only going with it because that's how it has been done in years prior. It moves SO SLOW especially when done on the forums. Feel free to provide your thoughts on this topic while we wait for the players to get their picks posted.

I am dropping EVERYONE an email when they are UP in an attempt to do the same as the Live Draft APP that SOM has for a full 25 player draft. I wish that draft had settings for how many rounds we could choose but it doesn't.

I’d be all for a live draft. But I do think the 2 hour time limit in the forum draft should still be used if we’re going to draft in the forum.

I did mention that I wanted no clock for at least the first round, so what I will do is send out an email to all three leagues once we have finished the first round, the 2 hour clock will be in effect.

E-Mails have gone out to all participants that a 2 hour clock will go into effect at Rounds 2 and 3. Still waiting on 2cityfan and AZHawg to get their first round picks in. I have not heard from either of them but emails have gone out. If they continue to be a NO SHOW, a replacement MAY be needed.

I dunno, what did you do last year ? We are all in different time zones, I would say starts at 9 am EST 6am PST and ends at Mid EST 9PM PST. Basically off during sleeping hours.

NO ONE can be skipped during sleeping hours. If a pick is made 5 minutes before the end of the day, the clock resumes and 2 hours starts counting once the daytime window opens the next morning.

Are the divisions random? Or are teams placed based on the standings?

They will INITIALLY be random after every player has joined the league - HAL will randomize them. But the COMMISH controls should allow me to move teams around. They have been preset, just like the draft order for the 3 round draft was changed. moodysix and the board said that in prior years, team were placed into the 3 round draft AND the divisions a specific way, so I will go with that.

If I can't move teams myself, SOM will get involved to do it. I will post the final arrangement later today after I confirm it with moodysix.

League INVITES have gone out, I am sure the last to pick will get their pick posted before entering the league.

Put your 3 drafted players on the bottom of your rankings list.

The divisions will be adjusted prior to first pitch or sooner if the commish engine allows me to do it. If difficulties then after the draft runs. SOM may be called in to do the divisions rearrange if I cant. I havent had to do this yet but I think it is there.

Be sure your stadium choice is NOT one of the 5 you used in the regular events. And that it is unique to the 3 round draft. in other words, each league will have 12 unique stadiums.

Divisions have been properly arranged for Leagues 1 and 3. Still waiting on 2 league 2 players. I will contact them today.
